De plus en plus de collectivités souhaitent associer les habitants et usagers à la gestion d’un lieu ou d’un équipement (par exemple, un local associatif, des jardins partagés…). Cette approche permet à la fois d’impliquer les habitants dans la vie du territoire, de favoriser l’appropriation du projet mais aussi de mettre à disposition des ressources humaines qui sont souvent manquantes pour animer un lieu.
