Une information claire et transparente est la condition sine qua non pour l’appropriation du projet par les habitants, usagers et plus globalement par les différents acteurs concernés par le projet.
Tout type de projet peut se prêter à ce travail d’information et de recueil des avis des participants. Il s’agit du niveau “de base” d’une démarche de concertation, mais aussi d’un pré-requis essentiel pour toute démarche de concertation à mettre en œuvre sur un projet : sans une bonne information, pas de bonnes contributions !
