Un projet ou service conçu au plus près des besoins et attentes des usagers a de meilleures chances d’être approuvé et pérennisé dans le temps. Encore faut-il pour cela avoir recueilli et formalisé ces besoins et attentes ! Cette approche est particulièrement essentielle pour les projets portant sur un service au public: non seulement cela permet d’améliorer le projet, mais c’est aussi une bonne manière de mobiliser les usagers autour du futur service.
